For breakfast, I made myself a egg sandwich with ham and cheese.
For lunch, we had taco salads at work. I fixed a bowl of lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos, salsa, chicken, and guacamole. I forgot to take a picture, but brought some of the leftover tortillas bowls home to use for dinner tonight.
Before dinner, we went to get me a new phone. A couple of days ago, I dropped mine.
I hate learning how to use a new phone. I don’t like change It is nice not worrying about cutting my face with pieces of glass while talking though. I originally went to get the Samsung Galaxy. With a few discounts, the Evo 4G LTE was the better deal and seemed to be the better phone. Huck traded in his phone for the upgrade as well.
For dinner, I made a really big taco salad with Grilled Chicken, Peppers, Onions, and Refried Beans. For the taco shell, we placed the tortilla shells in a mold and baked at 400 degree for 10 minutes or until crispy. They turned out great. All I was missing was the Guacamole.
I have been trying to control my portion sizes and calories, and I’ve been doing a pretty good job the past few days. Until, I found a Chocolate Chip Cookie. I seen it sitting on the counter, and I looked back and half of it was gone (It was a super sized cookie). I’m still not sure what happened to it I think Huck ate it. Or one of the dogs.
After dinner, we watched This Means War. It was a cute movie. Kind of cheesy, but funny at the same time. Huck enjoyed it too. I’m sure he is getting tired of my movie picks.
